What buyers usually ask.
If your question depends on your systems, team, or operating environment, send us the details and we will discuss it directly.
How do we get started?
Send us a short description of the business problem, system, or technology initiative you are working through. The first conversation helps us understand the situation, identify the important questions, and determine a sensible next step.
What types of technology projects does Opterron support?
We support technology strategy, fractional IT leadership, CRM and ERP initiatives, systems integration, automation, custom applications, and practical AI projects. The exact role can range from advice and planning to delivery oversight or implementation.
Do you provide fractional CIO or IT leadership?
Yes. We can provide experienced technology leadership for planning, governance, vendor coordination, delivery oversight, and executive decision support without requiring a full-time technology executive.
Can you help us select or improve a CRM or ERP?
Yes. We can document business requirements, review processes and data, assess platforms or vendors, plan integrations, and help oversee implementation or improvement work.
Can you integrate our existing systems?
Usually, but it depends on system access, integration options, data quality, security requirements, and the reliability of the available interfaces. We review those factors before recommending an approach.
Do you have experience with global payment systems?
Yes. Opterron's experience includes global payments and the operational systems around them. That perspective is especially useful when payment providers, reconciliation, financial systems, transaction data, and business processes must work together.
Do you build custom applications?
Yes. We can build focused applications when existing software does not meet an important requirement. We also consider configuration, integration, or automation when those are more appropriate than custom development.
How do you decide whether a problem needs automation or AI?
We start with the work that needs to improve. We then compare process changes, existing products, integration, automation, custom software, and AI against the requirement, cost, risk, and operating constraints.
Can you review a project that is already underway?
Yes. We can review the current scope, decisions, vendors, architecture, delivery plan, risks, and unresolved issues, then provide an independent view of what should happen next.
Can you work with our internal team and existing vendors?
Yes. Many engagements require close coordination with internal business teams, IT staff, software providers, implementation partners, and other vendors. Responsibilities are defined clearly at the start.
How are consulting engagements structured?
The structure depends on the need. An engagement may be a focused assessment, a defined project, ongoing advisory support, fractional leadership, or delivery oversight. We agree on the scope, responsibilities, and expected deliverables before work begins.
How much does technology consulting cost?
Cost depends on the scope, duration, systems involved, delivery responsibilities, and level of support required. We define the work before it begins and explain what is included.
What happens during the free strategy session?
We discuss the problem, the current environment, what has already been tried, and what a useful outcome would look like. If Opterron can help, we explain a practical next step. If another approach makes more sense, we will say so.
